Cassandra Lane Dielwart, or “Lane”, is an Orthopaedic Surgeon with a general practice of joint replacement surgery, and subspecialty interest and training in Shoulder and Knee Arthroscopic Surgery and Orthopaedic Trauma surgery. After completing her residency at the University of British Columbia, she spent one year in Charlotte North Carolina, completing a fellowship in Orthopaedic Trauma at the Carolinas Medical Center. After this she returned to Vancouver and completed a second fellowship in Shoulder and Knee Arthroscopy at the University of British Columbia, before joining the Kelowna Bone and Joint surgical team in 2017.

Dr. Dielwart provides advanced trauma care at Kelowna General Hospital, and treats a variety of conditions about the shoulder and knee, including complex knee ligamentous injuries. She also performs primary hip and knee arthroplasty. Dr. Dielwart is currently a Clinical Assistant Professor at the UBC Okanagan, and enjoys teaching residents and medical students.

Dr. Dielwart is also the current president of the British Columbia Orthopaedic Association.
